CardLocal Terms of Service

This Service is provided by TCG Trading Lab Technologies Inc. — NEEDS CONFIRMATION ("CardLocal," "we," "us," or "our"). By using CardLocal, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

CardLocal Is a Platform, Not a Party to Your Trades

CardLocal provides tools that help users discover collectors, list cards, communicate, make offers, and arrange trades or meetups. CardLocal is not the buyer, seller, owner, authenticator, or guarantor of any user-to-user transaction, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Be responsible for the accuracy of your own listings
• Be responsible for representations you make about a card's ownership, authenticity, and condition
• Not impersonate another person
• Not engage in fraud or deceptive conduct
• Not post unlawful or infringing content
• Not harass or abuse other users
• Not use the Service for any activity unrelated to its intended purpose that is unlawful

Card Authenticity and Condition

CardLocal does not verify the authenticity, grading, value, or condition of any card or product listed by a user. You are responsible for verifying these details yourself before completing a trade.

Meetups

Users decide for themselves whether to meet another user in person. You should choose a safe, public meeting location and use your own judgment about the risks involved in any in-person exchange. CardLocal does not guarantee the safety of any meetup.

Offers and Agreements

Sending or accepting an offer through the app may indicate that both parties intend to complete a trade, but unless CardLocal explicitly provides a binding transaction or payment service, CardLocal is not a party to any agreement between users.

User-Generated Content

This includes listings, images, reviews, ratings, messages, and profile content you submit ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant CardLocal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, process, and distribute it as necessary to provide and operate the Service.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to post or transmit content that is:

• Spam, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Harassing, threatening, or abusive toward another user
• Hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit
• Unlawful or infringing on another person's rights

Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

CardLocal provides in-app tools for reporting a user or specific content, and for blocking another user from contacting you or seeing your listings. See our Support page for how to use these.

CardLocal may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe a user has engaged in fraud, harassment, abuse, illegal activity, or a violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

CardLocal's logo, user interface, software, and design are owned by TCG Trading Lab Technologies Inc. or its licensors. Trading-card names, images, and trademarks referenced within the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CardLocal is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, changes in a card's value, inaccurate information provided by a user, or conduct that occurs during an in-person meetup. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. CardLocal may suspend or terminate your account for a serious violation of these Terms, fraud, or a safety risk to other users.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada — NEEDS CONFIRMATION.
